It was established in 1994 by registered in the District Administrative Office, Dhanusha and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu. SDRC has a General Assembly consisting of 34 members. The assembly convenes every year where several things are discussed, like the previous year\u2019s budget, progress report of the organization, budget drafting of the next financial year, future programs and policies, appointment of registered auditor and if there are any amendment required in the organization&#8217;s constitution.
