Mission
Sensitization and empowerment of marginalized, left out and neglected communities like women, illiterate farmers, disadvantaged/underprivileged groups and unemployed youth groups both at rural and urban slums through gradual capacity building process in systematic and scientific way for raising their awareness, skills and confidence build-up towards health and sanitation, education energy and environment/natural resource development with active participation that equally ensure income and employment generation and creates self – respect, self – pride, human dignity and self – reliance.
Goal
- To improve the quality and standard of life of the most disadvantaged ultra-poor communities and ethnic minorities by improving their skill and knowledge, quality services and income opportunities.
- To conserve natural resources, energy and environment for sustainable livelihoods of the rural communities having resiliency through disaster management.
- To create forum for partnership in development that foster mutual cooperation, coordination and linkage with all development partners for synergetic development efforts.
